Yolanda Gates

Founder & Lead Instructor, The Launch Pad LLC

Welcome! I'm Yolanda Gates, an educator, trainer, and community leader with over 25 years of experience in early childhood education, youth development, and workforce training. My passion is empowering individuals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to succeed—whether that's learning lifesaving CPR, becoming a certified babysitter, or advancing a career in childcare.

I hold an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, a Bachelor's Degree in Middle to High School Education from Lakeland University, am a Level 14 Registry Professional, hold a Wisconsin DPI Special Education License, and serve as a Family and Consumer Sciences educator specializing in child development.

As an American Red Cross Instructor, I provide engaging, hands-on training in CPR, AED, First Aid, Babysitting Certification, and Narcan education. I also develop professional development courses for early childhood educators and create practical learning experiences that prepare students for real-world success.

At The Launch Pad, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive. My mission is to deliver high-quality, interactive training that equips every participant with the confidence to take action when it matters most.

Because at The Launch Pad, we're where potential takes off. 🚀
